  • Seasonal Drops: Products from A/W24 DROP, A/W22 COZY DROP, and other seasonal collections are available while supplies last.

Final Sale Items

To protect the exclusivity of our most limited releases, the following items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All items from the ARCHIVE collection
  • All products purchased during BLACK WEEK 24 or other major promotional sales events
  • Collaborative or limited-edition items marked as “Final Sale” at purchase
  • ACCESSORIES (for hygiene reasons)

Please choose carefully when purchasing these items, as all sales are final.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. $12.95 flat rate. Delivery typically within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50. Delivery typically within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order is on its way. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return/Exchange Window

We stand by the quality and fit of our gear. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date you receive your order.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags and packaging intact

Return Process

  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received, we inspect items. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days after arrival.

Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we cover standard shipping for the replacement item
