SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Our goal is to get your gear to you efficiently and reliably.

Order Processing & Timeline

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping Methods & Timelines:
    • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. $12.95 flat rate. Delivery typically within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
    • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50. Delivery typically within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
  • You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order is on its way.

📦 Planning Note: Please consider these shipping timelines when planning a return or exchange. The return window is based on the date you receive your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We stand by the quality and fit of our gear, but we understand that sometimes a swap or return is needed to keep your daily wear perfectly in sync with your rhythm.

The 6PM Return & Exchange Standard

  • Return/Exchange Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: Your order number or confirmation email is required.
  • Initiation: All returns and exchanges must be initiated by contacting our team first. Unsolicited returns sent back will not be accepted.

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Initiate Your Request
    Within 15 days of delivery, email our community team at [email protected] with the subject line: “Return/Exchange Request – [Your Order Number]”. Use the template at the bottom of this page.
  2. Receive Instructions & RMA
    Our team will review your request. If approved, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions. Do not ship anything back without this RMA.
  3. Ship Your Items
    Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging, include the RMA number clearly on the outside, and ship it to our Oakland hub. We recommend using a trackable and insured service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

  4. Inspection & Processing
    Once received, our team will inspect the item(s). Processing typically takes 3-5 business days after arrival.

Refunds & Funds Return

  • Timeline: Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs (e.g., the $12.95 standard fee) are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover the standard shipping cost for the replacement item.

⚠️ Exceptions & Final Sale Items

To protect the exclusivity and integrity of our most limited releases, the following items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All items from the ARCHIVE collection.
  • All products purchased during BLACK WEEK 24 or other major promotional sales events.
  • Any collaborative or limited-edition items marked as “Final Sale” at purchase. This often applies to select pieces from high-profile collaborations like:
    • 6PM X VERTABRAE
    • 6PM X SLAWN
    • 6PM X YUNG HURN / 6PM RECORDS X YUNG HURN
    • and other similar limited drops.
  • ACCESSORIES for hygiene reasons.

Please choose carefully when purchasing these items, as all sales are final.

International Returns

As a global brand, we accept international returns. However, please note:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes.
  • The refund will be for the item(s) value only, in the original currency of purchase.
