We stand by the quality and fit of our gear, but we understand that sometimes a swap or return is needed to keep your daily wear perfectly in sync with your rhythm.

This policy is designed to be clear, straightforward, and respectful of your time—just like our designs. Please read through to understand how our returns and exchanges process works.

THE 6PM RETURN & EXCHANGE STANDARD

  • Return/Exchange Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: Your order number or confirmation email is required.
  • Initiation: All returns and exchanges must be initiated by contacting our team first (see template below). Unsolicited returns sent back will not be accepted.
📦 Shipping Note: Remember our shipping timelines? Orders typically process in 1-2 days, with delivery via DHL/FedEx (10-15 days) or EMS (15-25 days for orders over $50). Please factor this in when planning your return.

STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS

1. Initiate Your Request

Within 15 days of delivery, email our community team at [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request – [Your Order Number]”. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary details.

2. Receive Instructions & RMA

Our team will review your request and, if approved, email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed return shipping instructions. Do not ship anything back without this RMA number.

3. Ship Your Items

Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package, and ship it to our Oakland hub. We recommend using a trackable and insured service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

4. Inspection & Processing

Once received, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return conditions. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days after arrival.

REFUNDS & FUNDS RETURN

  • Timeline: Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs (e.g., the $12.95 standard shipping fee) are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost for the replacement item.

EXCEPTIONS & FINAL SALE ITEMS

To protect the exclusivity and integrity of our most limited releases, the following items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items from the ARCHIVE collection.
  • All products purchased during BLACK WEEK 24 or other major promotional sales events.
  • Any collaborative or limited-edition items marked as “Final Sale” at purchase (this may apply to select pieces from high-profile collabs like 6PM X VERTABRAE, 6PM X SLAWN, or 6PM X YUNG HURN).
  • ACCESSORIES for hygiene reasons.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

As a global brand (shipping worldwide, excluding some Asian and remote regions), we accept international returns. However, please note:
